TORONTO: Come see Madam Curator speak at “The Playground Conference” on Saturday Nov. 8th
Hey Toronto! What are you doing on this weekend? Don’t have plans yet? Cool, you should go to the “The Playground Conference” that’s being held at the Holiday Inn Downtown Centre! Our very own Madam Curator will be speaking on the “Making Porn Outside of Porn Valley” panel and you should definitely attend if you’re in the area.
Here’s what they’ll be talking about:
“The vast majority of the porn we consume comes out of Porn Valley and the Bay Area, to a slightly lesser extent, but there is a whole world out there full of people who make porn. For those of us operating outside of the framework of a standardized adult industry, what are the realities? What are the risks, financially, legally and physically? How to we create our own networks and communities? This panel will address these issues and more from the viewpoints of adult performers, producers and scholars living outside California.”
