“Make Love Not Porn is the brainchild of Cindy Gallop, a former advertising consultant and sex educator, who believes that hardcore pornography has negatively impacted how younger generations of men think about sex. Gallop isn’t against porn; but she is critical of the unrealistic expectations that it leaves its viewers with. Gallop’s alternative—a website for real people to share their sexual adventures—describes itself as “pro-sex, pro-porn, and pro-knowing the difference.”
